A dream home built from solid wood that was featured in the Swedish TV-show SVT house dreams. The Vinterthun family built the house themselves and it is in a fantastic location on a mountain, in a forest in Veddige. The house has Linax both on the roof, cladding, decking and pergola.

The dream of a solid wood villa has long had to be set aside for long. But in 2020, Jennie and Andreas reprioritize their house dream Villa Vinterthun.
They found the dream location who had been out for sale for a while. Andreas texted his wife Jennie and decided they should walk there and have a look. Here they have built a fantastic architect-designed wooden house with a view of the river Viskan. A solid villa in solid wood with a pitched roof in Linax and walls with Linax panels.
The construction could be followed from planning to moving in on SVT in April 2021 and was a success both for their fantastically beautiful and unique house but also thanks to the genuine and strong love in the family that really came through the TV show.

The Vinterthun family has also built their terrace in Linax and during the summer of 2021 they also created a beautiful pergola in Linax. The unique wooden house is built on stilts, without blasting, to avoid affecting nature. The house is a full 35 meters long and 240 square meters.
