Bitus is part of the Bergs Group – a market-leading group of wood processing companies in Sweden and the Baltic region. Bitus AB in Sweden consists of a facility for wood protection and processed wood products.

Bitus Wood Protection Facility, Nybro, Sweden

In Nybro, Bitus AB carries out all wood protection treatments in a modern facility that is one of the largest in Europe.

Flexibility and extensive storage capacity make it possible to produce several different types of wood protection. The Nybro facility has three Linax treatment tubes, one thermo chamber, and one tube for fire-retardant impregnation. The total wood protection capacity is 500,000 m³.
