Code of conduct.
The Code of Conduct of Bitus, as well as of the Bergs Group, describes the values the company represents and provides guidelines for how employees and individuals representing Bergs in various contexts are expected to act.
The Code of Conduct includes guidelines governing the rights and obligations of Bergs employees with regard to business principles, health, safety, working conditions, respect for human rights, the environment, sustainable forestry and the sourcing of materials.
Whistleblowing policy.
To identify and address any potential irregularities, our parent company Bergs has established a so-called whistleblowing function. The purpose is to provide an open and secure channel for anyone who suspects misconduct, where employees, business partners and other stakeholders are given the opportunity to report serious incidents or circumstances that, due to their nature, cannot be handled through ordinary procedures.
