Code of conduct.

Berg’s code of conduct describes the values that the company represents and provides guidelines for how employees and people who represent Bergs in various contexts are expected to behave.

The code of conduct contains guidelines for the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Berg’s employees in terms of business principles, health, safety, working conditions, respect for human rights, the environment and sustainable forestry and material supply.

Whistleblowing.

In order to catch and draw attention to possible irregularities, our parent company Bergs has set up a so-called Whistleblowing function. The aim is to have an open and secure channel for those who suspect wrongdoing, where both employees, business partners and other stakeholders have the opportunity to report deemed serious events or conditions that, due to their content, cannot be reported via normal routines.
