Products with a Thermo treatment consist of heat-treated wood that is heated up to over 200 ⁰C. The thermo treatment gives the wood a beautiful aesthetic look that ages beautifully. The natural treatment with heat and vacuum means that the product is stable in shape and size and has the same protection throughout the product. This means that the protection is not affected by drilling or cutting the wood. A heat-treated product requires minimal maintenance. It is possible to oil the wood to keep the golden brown color, otherwise it will turn gray over time. Thermo treated can be used both for indoor and outdoor use.
