Eslöv Terraces is a residential development where wood helps define the character of the entire urban environment. With Thermo from Bitus used on façades and balconies, the ambition has been to create a warm, vibrant and durable expression in which the choice of material contributes to both the architecture and the overall experience.
Thermo is a heat-treated wood developed for the Nordic climate, offering high dimensional stability and a natural appearance that ages beautifully over time. The material brings warmth, variation and character to the façades while maintaining its performance and quality year after year.
In the project, Thermo has been complemented with fire-protected wood where required by the building’s specific conditions. This solution makes it possible to work consistently with wood even in dense urban environments and in buildings with high safety requirements, without compromising the overall feel or architectural expression.
Here, wood is not just a visual choice. It is a defining part of the experience.
