Description

Linax is a durable choice that is very suitable for extreme climates and has very good test results when it comes to repelling moisture. Linax comes ready to install and has long maintenance intervals. Linax also has good properties for permanence in color and shape. If you choose Linax, you get an environmentally friendly product made from certified raw materials. Linax royal impregnated redwood is a quality wood, the raw material is pine of higher quality.

In the process ...where Linax, royal-impregnated wood is produced, two different wood protection treatments are used. First, the wood is pressure impregnated according to UC3, the wood is then boiled in linseed oil with or without pigment. The result is a product that is completely sealed and colored on all 6 sides. The oil that has been boiled into all surfaces provides benefits such as reduced moisture absorption in the wood. This gives you, as a customer, a dimensionally stable product with less shrinkage and cracking over time.

The product is also environmentally classified with good results, which guarantees a good environmental and sustainable profile.
The decking is dried, and the decking boards should be installed approx. 4mm apart to give room for swelling.
Lacquered sheets etc. or stainless materials are recommended. This is to prevent discoloration of the material. All fasteners must be rust-free or acid-resistant in severe climates.

The decking is only for outdoor use and above ground.

Linax decking in the Grossglockner profile should be installed with the grooves facing up.
