These modern golf houses are beautifully arranged around a pond and defined by an elegant, pared-down architecture, created with great care for the surrounding nature and terrain. With a strong focus on detail, each new addition has been designed to offer high-quality accommodation for both golfers and holidaymakers, nestled in the scenic landscape of Halmstad.
An emphasis has been placed on using simple, honest materials, where the pine cladding has been treated with linseed oil to create environmentally friendly and durable boards. The timber façades are expected to age gracefully and blend naturally into the surrounding pine trees. Each 40-square-metre cabin is a site-built timber structure with a beautifully three-dimensional, naturally coloured wooden cladding. The ten houses each feature a generous private terrace, some extending out over the water, making full use of the sunny west-facing orientation and the lush surroundings and views.

To maintain a perfect balance with their surroundings, the roofs are covered with a layer of sedum plants, further enhancing the sustainability aspect and harmoniously integrating the houses with the natural environment.
